Women in the Bible

Using the book Speaking for Ourselves: Voices of Biblical Women by Katerina Katsarka Whitley we will explore the stories of eight women of the Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament and how they might inspire our relationship with God and our neighbor today. Disciple Bible Study I
Every other Wednesday, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., beginning October 11th
This eight month long seminar provides the opportunity to survey the entire Bible. The aim of this program is to grow as disciples of Christ by more fully incorporating the scriptures into our daily lives. Contact Tom Parker to enroll.
Disciple Bible Study III
Every other Wednesday, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., beginning October 18th
Disciple III is open to those who have completed Disciple I. Through in-depth study of the books of the Old Testament prophets and Paul’s epistles, participants will continue the exploration begun in Disciples I and II to live more fully as Christ’s disciples. Contact Tom Parker to enroll.
